Clubs Recruit New Members at Club Rush

With the school year beginning to kick off, our school’s annual Club Rush tore the roof off the atrium with endless amounts of energy. On September 9th, during both lunches, clubs of all kinds recruited and encouraged students to join and participate in after school activities connected with their club. Elaborate displays and posters called out to students of all classes. Notable events include: Black Student Union’s spirit cheers atop the stage set in the atrium and Breakdancing Club’s impromptu dance battle that occurred right in front of their table.

Club Rush is an event that allows students to find ways to stay active in their school and in their community. A variety of clubs serve and stand for different purposes. Various clubs volunteer at local events, such as Key Club, Girl Up, and National Honor Society. While others create opportunities for students to be involved on campus, such as Drama Club, Culinary Club, and Academic Decathalon.

Club Rush opens doors for students to participate in events and explore new opportunities while giving back to our community. Every club on campus encourages students and broadens the relationships they have with their fellow classmates.
